PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic observation apparatus capable of highly accurately and easily specifying ranges in which blood flow time changes are similar, when diagnosis using ultrasonic waves is performed for an analyte to which contrast medium is administered.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic observation apparatus includes: a luminance calculation part for calculating a time change in luminance of respective pixels of an ultrasonic image on the basis of a time change in intensity of a signal of ultrasonic waves reflected by a contrast medium administered to an analyte, the luminance calculation part for calculating the time change in the luminance in a time range including a time from the administration of the contrast medium to a luminance peak a comparison part for comparing a prescribed parameter set up on the basis of the time change in the luminance, with a parameter based on the time change in the luminance calculated by the luminance calculation part, for each pixel and an image generation part for generating an image in which pixels whose parameter difference is within a prescribed range, are highlighted, on the basis of the comparison result of the comparison part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】造影剤が投与された被検体に対して超音波を用いた診断を行う際に、血流の時間変化が類似する範囲を精度よく、かつ容易に特定することができる超音波観測装置を提供すること。【解決手段】超音波観測装置は、超音波画像の各画素に対して、被検体に投与された造影剤によって反射された超音波の信号強度の時間変化に基づいて、輝度の時間変化を算出する輝度算出部であって、造影剤が投与されてから、輝度のピークまでを含む時間範囲の輝度の時間変化を算出する輝度算出部と、輝度の時間変化に基づいて設定された所定のパラメータと、輝度算出部が算出した輝度の時間変化に基づくパラメータと、を画素ごとに比較する比較部と、比較部の比較結果に基づいて、パラメータの差が所定の範囲内にある画素を強調表示した画像を生成する画像生成部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
