PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool that facilitates changing position to a lateral position posture being a minimum treatment-style enabling a whole body care, when massaging a bedridden patient in a supine posture, the patient suffering from a heavy sickness and wound, and thereby eliminates a burden to the patient.SOLUTION: Two rectangular rugs A internally attached with balloons B to protect a patients body and adjusted for a patients height are covered from patients left and right sides, and the two rugs are tied by using a stretchable magic tape D (R) at a front central portion and a back central portion of a patient, and thereby a shape of covering the circumference from a lateral side is taken. Further, it becomes cylindrical by combination and formation of the balloons owing to the expansion of the balloons, while protecting the patient, so that the position change becomes easy by rolling thereof. Besides, the magic tape (R) tying the rugs at two places from a state of the lateral position is peeled, and the rugs with the balloons covering up the top half of the lateral position are removed, and thereby the treatment of the lateral position becomes possible.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】重い傷病を患い、仰向け姿勢の寝たきり状態の患者へのマッサージを行う場合に、全身ケアのできる最低限の施術スタイルである側臥位姿勢に容易に体位変換でき、患者に負担のない用具を提供する。【解決手段】内部に患者の体を保護するためのバルーンBが装着された患者の身長に合わせた長方形の敷物A、2枚を患者の左右から覆いこみ、敷物2枚を患者の前面の中央部分と背面の中央部分で伸縮性のマジックテープD(商標登録)にて繋ぎとめることで横から周囲を覆う形を取り、さらにバルーンの膨張により、患者を保護しながら、バルーンの組み合わせや形容により、円筒状になるため、転がせることで体位変換が容易となり、なおかつ、側臥位の状態から2か所で敷物を繋ぎとめているマジックテープ(商標登録)をはがし、側臥位の上半分を覆うバルーン付き敷物を取り除くことで、側臥位の施術が可能となる。【選択図】図4
