PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine that enables the movement in the leg length direction of a footrest part to be smoothly carried out, and can suppress a movement mechanism from becoming thick in the front-back direction.SOLUTION: A massage machine 1 includes a seat 3 where a subject is seated, and a footrest part 5 vertically turnably provided at the front side of the seat 3 and resting legs of the subject. The footrest part 5 has a base part 54 turnably pivoted at the front side of the seat 3, a leg holding part 51 for holding the legs of the subject, and a movement mechanism 8 for moving the leg holding part 51 in the leg length direction relative to the base part 54. The movement mechanism 8 has a rack 82 extended along the leg length direction, and a pinion 83 engageable with the rack 82.
