Disclosed is a surgical drape (20) configured to selectively allow or block a patient's view of a surgical field, as is desired particularly in Caesarean section operations. Generally, the surgical drape (20) includes a mainsheet (21) and a screen (22) connected to the mainsheet (21). The mainsheet (21) is equipped with a surgical fenestration (30) and the screen (22) is equipped with a screen fenestration (49) and a flexible tunnel material (50) forming a tunnel (62) between a surgeon-facing side of the screen (22) and a patient-facing side of the screen (22). The drape (20) is equipped with at least one flap (45) that covers the screen fenestration (49) during the surgical procedure. Upon birth, the infant is passed through the tunnel (62) to greet the mother, and a flap (45) is then closed to cover the screen fenestration (49).
