The present invention relates to a nebulizer which receives a container filled with a fluid and an indicating device. The indicating device interrupts still use the container in a locked condition when a predetermined number of uses is reached or exceeded.In the locked condition, a locking device interrupts the nebulizer against rotation in a state partially tensioned and, therefore, even against use.
