The present invention relates to a method which restores a capillary change value over time to a PPG by measuring a change of a capillary of a body acupuncture point which is a pulse part, expresses a relaxation phase and a contraction phase of a heart as a PPG index, analyzes a daily change amount of the obtained PPG index and calculates an ovulation date, a menstrual end date, pregnancy and a menstrual cycle of women.
