An object of the present invention is to provide an injectable preparation comprising a composition containing a poorly soluble drug having excellent storage stability as an active ingredient and a dispersion medium. The object of the present invention is to provide the injectable preparation. It is to provide a compact and lightweight pre-filled syringe by charging the syringe. The present invention includes a poorly soluble drug, a dispersion medium, and a specific suspending agent, and has a viscosity of 40 Pa·s or higher at at least one point in the range of the shear rate of 0.01 to 0.02 s −1 and is 900 to 1000 s.
