Mass production was possible easily in the manufacturing process of the sponge condition stopping bleeding material of chitin origin, by adding improvement of production method of the part deacetylation conversion chitin of the amorphous, improvement of heating processing and humidification processing, it maintained the strength of the necessary stopping bleeding material with line lighting, it possessed the homogeneous character which at the same time does not crack, furthermore it succeeded in the development of the sponge condition stopping bleeding material of the chitin origin to which the stopping bleeding effect improves, completed this invention.大量生産が容易に可能であり、γ線照射によっても必要な止血材の強度を維持し、かつひび割れをしない均質な性質を有し、さらに止血効果が向上したキチン由来のスポンジ状止血材を提供することを解決すべき課題とした。キチン由来のスポンジ状止血材の製造工程において、非晶質の部分脱アセチル化キチンの製造方法の改良、加熱処理の改良並びに加湿処理の追加を行うことにより、大量生産が容易に可能であり、γ線照射によっても必要な止血材の強度を維持し、かつひび割れをしない均質な性質を有し、さらに止血効果が向上したキチン由来のスポンジ状止血材の開発に成功し、本発明を完成した。
