PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable cylindrical supporter, which is easy to attach to the body by forming a nonelastic part expanding and contracting nearly uniformly in the diameter direction thereof, and controlling, compressing and keeping the movement of a joint and muscle in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: This cylindrical supporter 1 includes such a knitting structure having elastic parts 5, 7, and 9 in which a size of a stitch made of a nonelastic knitting yarn in the peripheral direction of a cylindrical form is small and fixed, and an elastic knitting yarn is interknitted in a straight form and which are easy to expand and contract in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical form, and a nonelastic part 4 in which the size of the nonelastic stitch in the peripheral direction of the cylindrical form is large and small, the elastic knitting yarn is interknitted in a zigzag form, and the thickness of a fabric by the knitting yarns becomes larger than the elastic part, and an elastic degree in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical form is controlled. The movement of the joint and the muscle is controlled, compressed and kept by the nonelastic part 4.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 その径方向にはほぼ一様な伸縮をするとともに、その上下方向には関節や筋肉等の動きを制限し圧迫して保持する非伸縮部を形成することで身体に装着し易く丈夫で信頼性の高い筒状サポータとする。【解決手段】 筒状サポータ1は、筒状の周方向における非伸縮性の編糸からなる編目の大きさが小さく一定で、伸縮性の編糸がストレート状に編み込まれて前記筒状の長手方向に伸縮し易くなった伸縮部5,7,9が形成されており、かつ、筒状の周方向における前記非伸縮性の編目の大きさが大小あって前記伸縮性の編糸がジグザグ状に編み込まれてこれら編糸による生地の厚みが前記伸縮部よりも大きくなって前記筒状の長手方向の伸縮度が制限された非伸縮部4が形成され、この非伸縮部4によって関節や筋肉等の動きを制限し圧迫して保護する編組織となっている。【選択図】 図1
