SOLUTION: This oil-and-fat composition contains a compound crystal comprising a triglyceride represented by S1US2(S1and S2are each a saturated fatty acid, and U is an unsaturated fatty acid), and a triglyceride represented by US3U (U3is a saturated fatty acid, and U is an unsaturated fatty acid).
