The invention relates to a surgical ring (1) suitable for implantation in a human or animal body such as to surround a biological organ forming a bag in order to modify the flow area thereof. The ring comprises a hose (8) having an inner surface (8A) intended for engaging with the biological organ in order to modify the section thereof and an outer surface (8B) opposite the former, and a belt (10) mounted on and along the outer surface and attached to the latter. The hose and the belt are respectively provided with a first and second matching assembly means (11, 12) that interact mechanically in order to substantially prevent any sliding of the belt along the outer surface.Linvention concerne un anneau chirurgical implantable (1) dans un corps humain ou animal pour entourer un organe biologique constituant une poche afin de modifier sa section de passage. Lanneau comprend un boyau (8) présentant une face intérieure (8A) destinée à venir en contact avec lorgane biologique pour en modifier la section et une face extérieure (8B) opposée, et dautre part une ceinture (10) rapportée contre et le long de la face extérieure et attachée à cette dernière. Le boyau et la ceinture sont respectivement pourvus de premier et deuxième moyens dassemblage (11, 12) complémentaires qui interagissent mécaniquement pour sensiblement empêcher tout glissement de la ceinture le long de la face extérieure.
