The present invention relates to a feedstuff additive and a feedstuff mixed with the same. Particularly, the present invention relates to the feedstuff additive for reducing heat stress of ruminant animals by controlling heat generated by rumen fermentation, and the feedstuff mixed with the same. The feedstuff additive reduces: heat stress of ruminant animals by controlling fermentation heat inside a rumen of ruminant animals such as cows； the generation of heat and gas in a rumen ultimately to increase the productivity of the ruminant animals； and the volume of greenhouse gas released by the ruminant animals.본 발명은 사료첨가물 및 이것이 혼합된 사료에 관한 것으로서, 특히 소와 같은 반추동물의 반추위 내의 발효열을 조절하여 반추동물의 고온스트레스를 저감시키고, 반추위 내 열발생 및 가스발생을 저감시켜 궁극적으로 반추동물의 생산성을 향상시키고, 또한 반추동물에서 배출되는 지구 온난화 가스의 양을 절감할 수 있는 반추위 발효열 조절을 통한 반추동물의 고온스트레스 저감용 사료첨가물 및 이것이 혼합된 사료에 관한 것이다.
