PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food which is safety even if it is ingested for a long period of time, and exerts a relaxation effect to atopic dermatitis that is an eczema skin disease with strong itching in which the exacerbation and the remission are repeated, and the patient in recent years shows the tendency of an increase, and which might influence young people learning activities harmfully by happening intense itching at time.SOLUTION: Attention is paid to medical ability of bee larvae described in old China Shinnou Honzou Kyo, male bee larvae 40 of 21 days after egg laying are put in a special cage 20 in which moisture does not fill, are put on a trestle 30, are lyophilized after sterilization and dehumidification are processed in a closed chamber, and are ground to obtain a definition quality FD powder, relaxation effect of the powder to an atopic dermatitis-like dermatitis model mouse is proved by an experimental pharmacology means, and powder of the bee larvae in which contents of individual amino acids composing a protein portion of the powder of the male bee larvae have at least a prescribed quality and which is effective to an atopic dermatitis-like skin disease is disclosed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】アトピー性皮膚炎は増悪と緩解を繰り返する強い掻痒を伴う湿疹性の皮膚疾患であり、近年患者は増加の傾向を示しており、時に起こる激しい掻痒により、若年層の学習活動に悪影響を及ぼすことがある、かかるアトピー性皮膚炎に対して長期間摂取しても安全で緩和効果のある健康食品を提供する。【解決手段】中国古来の神農本草経に記載された蜜蜂の子の薬能に着目し、蜜蜂の産卵後21日目の雄蜜蜂の子40を湿気の籠らない特製のかご20に入れて、架台30にのせ、密閉室内で除湿、殺菌処理した後、凍結乾燥し、粉砕し、規定品質のFD末を得るとともに、この粉末のアトピー性皮膚炎様皮膚炎モデルマウスに対する緩和効果を実験薬理学的手段によって証明し、雄蜜蜂の子粉末の蛋白質部分を構成する個々のアミノ酸含量が所定以上の品質を有するアトピー性皮膚炎様皮膚疾患に有効な蜂の子粉末を提供する。【選択図】図2
