The invention is a dental prosthesis with threaded crown on a post and core, of the type comprising a dental implant, a post and core comprising a portion suited to be inserted into said implant and another portion protruding from said implant, a screw and a crown, said implant being suited to be fixed to a bone and said post and core being suited to be fixed to said implant by means of a thread, wherein said crown is fixed to said post and core by means of said screw, wherein said post and core serves as a connection element between said implant and said crown, a separation area being provided between the area where the crown is housed in the post and core and the area where the post and core is housed in the implant, and wherein said portion of the post and core protruding from said implant does not feature any increase in diameter.La présente invention concerne une prothèse dentaire avec une couronne filetée sur un montant et un noyau, du type comprenant un implant dentaire, un montant et un noyau comprenant une partie adaptée pour être insérée dans ledit implant et une autre partie faisant saillie depuis ledit implant, une vis et une couronne, ledit implant étant adapté pour être fixé à un os et lesdits montant et noyau étant adaptés pour être fixés audit implant au moyen d'un filetage, ladite couronne étant fixée auxdits montant et noyau au moyen de ladite vis, lesdits montant et noyau servant d'élément de raccordement entre ledit implant et ladite couronne, une zone de séparation étant disposée entre la zone dans laquelle la couronne est logée dans le montant et le noyau et la région dans laquelle le montant et le noyau sont logés dans l'implant, et ladite partie du montant et du noyau faisant saillie depuis ledit implant ne comportant aucune augmentation de diamètre.
