The present invention relates to: a novel bacteriophage ST1 having a specific killing ability to salmonella and, specifically, salmonella typhimurium an antibiosis composition, a feed additive composition, a feed, a disinfectant or a cleaning agent, and a pharmacological composition for prevention or treatment of an infectious disease due to salmonella, including the bacteriophage and a prevention method or a treatment method of an infectious disease due to salmonella, including a step of injecting the bacteriophage into a subject. According to the present invention, the prevent method or the treatment method of the infectious disease due to the salmonella using the bacteriophage ST1 provides very high specificity about the salmonella in comparison with a chemical matter such as an existing antibiotic, and the bacteriophage ST1 has excellent bacteriolytic activity since the bacteriophage ST1 is increased in bacteria by being infected by salmonella. Also, the bacteriophage ST1 is strong to physiochemical stimulation. Moreover, according to the present invention, the bacteriophage ST1 does not infect other hosts except for germs, such as a person, an animal, and a plant and can solve a problem of a wide host range, and a remaining problem of the antibiotic in food, and a problem of resistant bacteria of the antibiotic due to abuse of the antibiotic.
