PURPOSE: A dispersible tablet composition containing olanzapine is provided to have hardness that is easy to handle and to produce a large amount of tablet. CONSTITUTION: A dispersible tablet contains 5-20 weight% of olanzapine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, 1-20 weight% of disintegrant, 1-20 weight% of acid, 40-75 weight% of excipient, 0.01-5 weight% of sweetener, and 1-5 weight% of lubricant. The disintegrant is cross-linked polyvinyl pyrrolidone, corn starch, sodium starch glyconate, low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, or cross-linked sodium carboxyl methyl cellulose. The acid is citric acid, and excipient is micro crystalline cellulose, anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, xylitol, mannitol, or mixture thereof. The sweetener is sucralose and lubricant is sodium stearyl fumarate. The composition further contains a binder, surfactant, or mixture thereof.본 발명은 약학적으로 유효한 활성성분으로 올란자핀(Olanzapine)을 함유하는 확산정 조성물 및 이에 의해 형성된 정제에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 본 발명은 올란자핀(Olanzapine) 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염 5 내지 20 중량%, 붕해제 1 내지 20 중량%, 산(acid) 1 내지 20 중량%, 부형제 40 내지 75 중량%, 감미제 0.01 내지 5 중량% 및 활택제 1 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 확산정 조성물 및 이에 의해 형성된 정제에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 올란자핀 함유 확산정은 이전의 동결건조법에 의한 확산정에 비하여 취급이 용이한 수준의 경도를 가지면서도 유사한 정도의 붕해 성능을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라, 통상적인 정제 제조방법을 적용하여 제조할 수 있기 때문에 대량생산이 용이한 장점이 있다.
