The present invention relates to antioxidant sugar free herbal composition of trans- resveratrol (Polygonum cuspidatum), and natural sugar free sweetener in the form of compressed lozenges for improved absorption through buccal mucosa and improved bioavailability. The invention also relates to method of preparation thereof.
