The method of the minimally invasive treatment of habitual shoulder dislocation by hanging humerus to the acromial process of the scapula at the mathematically calculated points. The computed tomography of the shoulder joint with metal markers is provided and the data are processed by a specially developed program calculating the position of the humerus bone relative to the acromial process of the scapula. The optimal point on the head of the humerus and the acromial process of the scapula are juxtaposed with the aid of the specially manufactured splint. Further, under the local anesthesia, the skin is incised in the projection of the optimal point on the acromial process of the scapula. With the aid of the specially designed navigation equipment, the anchoring screw is inserted through this point to the head of humerus. Then the screw threads are externalized via the entry opening and ties with 2-3 knots on a special holder. Finally, one U-shaped suture is applied onto the skin.Способ малоинвазивного лечения привычного вывиха плеча путем подвешивания плечевой кости к акромиальному отростку лопатки в математически рассчитанных точках. Проводят компьютерную томографию плечевого сустава с металлическими маркерами, данные обрабатывают с помощью специально разработанной программы, рассчитывают положение плечевой кости относительно акромиального отростка лопатки. Сопоставляют оптимальные точки на головке плечевой кости и акромиальном отростке лопатки с помощью специально изготовленной механизированной шины. Далее под местной анестезией больному делают разрез кожи в проекции оптимальной точки на акромиальном отростке лопатки, с помощью разработанного навигационного оборудования через эту точку вводят винт анкерного типа сквозь в головку плечевой кости.
