PURPOSE: A shower for water cleaning and scalp massage is provided to have a shower and scalp massage at the same time and to effectively remove dirt on the bathroom floor or wall by supplying water through the shower.CONSTITUTION: A shower for water cleaning and scalp massage includes a shower end unit(200), a scalp massage member(300) and a cleaning member(400). The shower end unit formed on the bottom of the shower supplies tap water. The scalp massage member combined to the internal circumference of the shower end unit has multiple protrusions protruded on a surface for scalp massage while forming multiple through holes. The cleaning member combined to the external circumference of the shower end unit forms multiple through holes and a dirt cleaning brush on a surface. Screws are formed at the internal and external side of the shower end unit.
