The invention relates to a massage apparatus and provides a massager and an assembling process thereof. The massager comprises a flexible body, a box body arranged in the flexible body and a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) arranged in the box body and also comprises a flexible cover, a key panel embedded from the outer side of the flexible cover and a pressing part located at the inner side of the flexible cover, fixedly connected with the key panel and used for clamping the cover material of the flexible cover in the middle, wherein the PCB is fixedly connected to the inner side of the key panel or the pressing part, and the flexible cover is wrapped on the flexible body. In the invention, because of being fixedly connected with the pressing part arranged at the inner side of the flexible cover, the key panel cannot break away from the flexible cover even if being rubbed, extruded and pulled and meanwhile, the flexible cover is jointed and wrapped on the flexible body, thus through the restriction effect of the flexible cover, the PCB cannot break away from the box body and the box body can also not break away from the flexible body. The massager provided by the invention is simple in structure, reliable in connection and easy to assemble.
