This invention relates to a green energy planting composite structure system, which include a roof system, a planting member and a support system. Said roof system has a roof board probided on the support system and the surface of the roof board set with a waterproof film to make the roof board to be achieve the advantage of waterproof, UV resistance and antirust. One side of the groove of said roof board set with a first enclosed membrane and a second enclosed membrane, and one side of the first enclosed membrane formed with a planting space to plant and store moisture. The place between the first enclosed membrane and second enclosed membrane has a guiding hole connected with a guiding pipe to make the water inside the adjacent grooves to be formed as a “s” shape flow, and the outside of the second enclosed membrane has a drainage hole connected with a drainage pipe to drain excess water from the drainage pipe. Said planting member is provided inside the groove of the roof board and it can be various plants. Said support system set with a steel beam in the vertical direction of the roof board, and there is a vertical support steel frame set on the steel beam to support the apex of the roof board and to enhance the structure of the support steel frame by setting with a reinforcing steel frame.
