The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a dental prosthetic and restorative material. The purpose of the technical realization is to provide a manufacturing method of a dental prosthetic and restorative material which can greatly improve handling and use functionality by making a polymerizable monomer stably passed through and combined to the inside of a ceramic block body, increasing density of a ceramic block body which is an inorganic filler, and making excellent aesthetic and high mechanical strength such as bending strength, tensile strength, or the like improved in comparison with a conventional dental composite resin accordingly. Therefore, a specific means of the present invention for achieving the purpose performs: a ceramic shaped object pretreatment process which is composed of a ceramic coating step and a ceramic block body shaping step； a monomer mixture creating process which is composed of a resin mixture forming step and a polymerization initiator mixing step； a monomer passing through and combining process which is composed of a monomer natural absorption step and a monomer absorption accelerating step； and a monomer polymerization and hardening process which is composed of a photopolymerization reaction step and a thermal polymerization step.본 발명은 치과용 보철수복재 제조방법에 관한 것으로；그 기술구현의 목적은, 중합 가능한 모노머를 세라믹 블럭체 내에 안정적으로 침투 결합하여, 무기필러인 세라믹 블럭체의 밀도를 상승시키고, 그에 따라, 기존 치과용 복합레진에 비해 우수한 심미성과 높은 기계적 강도, 예컨대, 굴곡강도, 인장강도 등을 증대되게 함으로써, 취급성과 사용기능성을 극히 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 치과용 보철수복재 제조방법을 제공함에 있다.따라서, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적 수단으로는；세라믹 코팅단계와, 세라믹 블럭체 성형단계로 이루어지는 세라믹 성형체 전처리 공정；레진혼합물 형성단계와, 중합개시제 혼합단계로 이루어지는 모노머혼합물 생성공정；모노머 자연흡수단계와, 모노머 흡수촉진단계로 이루어지는 모노머 침투결합공정；그리고, 광중합 반응단계와, 열중합 반응단계로 이루어는 모노머 중합경화공정을 행하도록 하여 달성한다.
