The present invention relates to a desk lamp which can raise learning ability of a user by providing light in a color that gives the user the best convenient feeling. The conventional lamps can only provide beauty by regulating illumination or brightness or changing colors thereof, but cannot be customized to raise learning ability of a user. To solve the problem, the present invention is to provide a desk lamp capable of raising learning ability of a user by providing light in a color that gives the user the best convenient feeling. To achieve the above purpose, the desk lamp comprises: a main body (1) which includes a lighting member (10) having an LED module (12) mounted on the bottom surface thereof, a supporting member (20) combined with the lighting member (10) in order to rotate, and a propping member (30) supported by the floor surface and combined with the supporting member (20) in order to rotate； a memory (38) which is embedded in the main body (1), and stores one between an HSB value, that is, color, chroma, and brightness value where a user feel convenience the most, and an RGB conversion value of the HSB value； and a control module (36) which is embedded in the main body (1), and controls operation of the LED module (12) so that one color between the HSB value and the RGB value stored in the memory (38) can be emitted from the LED module (12).본 발명은 사용자가 가장 편안하게 느낄 수 있는 색상의 빛을 제공하여 사용자의 학습 능력을 높일 수 있는 스탠드에 관한 것이다.종래에는 조도나 밝기 등을 조절하거나 조명의 색상을 바꿔 미적인 표현만 제공할 뿐 사용자의 학습 능력을 높일 수 있는 맞춤형 조명은 제공되지 못하고 있었다.이를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명은 사용자가 가장 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 색상의 빛을 제공하여 사용자의 학습 능력을 높일 수 있는 스탠드를 제공하고자 한다.이러한 목적을 이루기 위해, 본 발명은 하부 면에 LED 모듈(12)이 장착된 조명 부재(10), 상기 조명 부재(10)와 회동 가능하게 결합 된 지지 부재(20) 및 바닥면에 지지 되어 상기 지지 부재(20)와 회동 가능하게 결합 된 받침 부재(30)로 이루어진 본체(1)； 상기 본체(1)에 내장되고, 사용자가 가장 편안함을 느끼는 빛의 색상, 채도, 명도 값인 HSB 값과 상기 HSB 값의 RGB 변환 값 중 어느 하나가 저장된 메모리(38)； 및 상기 본체(1)에 내장되고, 상기 메모리(38)에 저장된 HSB 값과 RGB 값 중 어느 하나의 색상이 상기 LED 모듈(12)에서 발산되도록 상기 LED 모듈(12)의 동작을 제어하는 제어모듈(36)을 포함한
