Compounds of Formula (I) or stereoisomers, tautomers, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, or solvates or prodrugs thereof, where R1, R2, Ra, Rb, Rc, Rd, X, Ring B, and Ring C are as defined herein, and wherein Ring B and the NH-C(=X)-NH moiety are in the trans configuration, are inhibitors of TrkA kinase and are useful in the treatment of diseases which can be treated with a TrkA kinase inhibitor such as pain, cancer, inflammation/inflammatory diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, certain infectious diseases, Sjogren's syndrome, endometriosis, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, prostatitis or pelvic pain syndrome.Compuestos de Fórmula (I) o estereoisómeros, tautómeros, o sales, solvatos o profármacos farmacéuticamente aceptables de estos, donde R1, R2, Ra, Rb, Rc, Rd, X, el anillo B y el anillo C son como se definen en la presente y donde el anillo B y el resto NH-C(=X)-NH se encuentran en la configuración trans, son inhibidores de TrkA cinasa y son útiles en el tratamiento de enfermedades que se pueden tratar con un inhibidor de TrkA cinasa como dolor, cáncer, inflamación/enfermedades inflamatorias, enfermedades neurodegenerativas, algunas enfermedades infecciosas, síndrome de Sjogren, endometriosis, neuropatía periférica diabética, prostatitis o síndrome de dolor pélvico.
