PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic blended with waxes which makes the hair not sticky in rinsing.
SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic comprises 0.1-20.0 wt.% of the total of stearic acid dimethylpropylamide and/or stearic acid diethylaminoethylamide and behenic acid dimethylaminopropylamide (I), 0.1-20.0 wt.% of a cationic surfactant (II), 0.01-15.0 wt.% of a modified silicone (III), and 0.1-20.0 wt.% of waxes (IV), wherein the weight ratio of the stearic acid dimethylpropylamide and/or stearic acid diethylaminoethylamide to the behenic acid dimethylaminopropylamide is 1.4-22.0, and the weight ratio of the total amount of one kind or more of solid oils having solid form at a temperature of 15-25°C to the total amount of a liquid oil consisting of a silicone and/or a higher alcohol having liquid form or fluid form at a temperature of 15-25°C is 3.0-16.0.
