PURPOSE: A livestock excrement fertilization method by autothermal aerobic method using Bacillus strain is provided to eliminate bad smell through biological process using Bacillus strain and to shorten aging period of liquefied fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: A livestock excrement fertilization method by autothermal aerobic method using Bacillus strain comprises the following steps: primary solid/liquid separating livestock excretion into powder and urine； self-heating after inducing sporulation of Bacillus strain through jet aerator by transferring the liquid material to a first base abort fermentor； secondary solid/liquid separating the liquid material by using a high-speed centrifuge； self-heating after planning sprouting and breeding of the Bacillus strain through the jet aerator and blower after transferring the secondary solid/liquid separated liquid to a utricle fermentor； and storing the second base fermented liquid material.본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른, 바실러스 균주를 이용한 자가 발열 공법에 의한 가축분뇨 액비화 방법은, 가축분뇨의 전처리를 위하여 고액분리기를 이용하여 고형물인 분과 액상물의 뇨를 분리하는 1차 고액 분리단계； 상기 1차 고액 분리단계에서 분리된 액상물을 1차 저포기 발효조로 이송하여, 바실러스 균주를 주입하고, 젯트에어레이터(jet aerator)를 통해 바실러스 균주(Bacillussp.)의 포자화를 유도하고, 자가발열을 수행하는 1차 저포기 발효단계； 상기 1차 저포기 발효단계에서 발효된 액상물을 고속원심분리기를 이용하여 고형분을 제거하는 2차 고액분리 단계； 상기 2차 고액 분리단계를 거친 액상물을 과포기 발효조로 이송하여 젯트에어레이터 및 브로워를 통해 바실러스 균주(Bacillussp.)의 발아와 증식을 도모하고 자가발열을 수행하는 과포기 발효단계； 상기 과포기 발효단계를 거친 처리액을 2차 저포기 발효조로 이송하여 젯트에어레이터를 통해 바실러스 균주(Bacillus sp.)의 포자화를 유도하고 자가발열을 수행하는 2차 저포기 발효단계； 및 상기 2차 저포기 발효단계를 거친 처리액을 저장하는 액비 저장단계；를 포함한다.
