The present invention relates to a device for preventing the collapse of a tree which is characterized by comprising: a band which covers a part of an outer circumferential side of a tree or a utility pole a rope which is arranged to protrude over both lengthwise sides of the band and a connecting wire which pulls and connects both ends of the rope to fix the band on the outer circumferential side of the tree or the utility pole. According to the present invention described above, the shape of the band corresponds to the outer circumferential side of the tree the band in the shape of a half circle or a circular arc has sides over which the rope protrudes the band is fixed to the outer circumferential side of the tree and the rope is pulled and fixed by the connecting wire.
