PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of a driver by detecting physical condition abnormality of the driver earlier than before change appears in driving posture of the driver and vehicle behaviors.SOLUTION: A driver physical condition detection device 1 can associate a vehicle behavior due to poor physical condition of the driver with a preliminary operation of the driver and can detect physical condition of occupants at an earlier stage of time by providing a center of gravity seating position detection part 41 for detecting a variation of a center of gravity seating position of the driver, and a physical condition determination part 42 for determining that the physical condition of the driver is abnormal when a start time of a deviation in the center of gravity seating position of the driver delays with reference to a predetermined determination reference time in comparison with determination reference information acquired by determination reference acquisition means for acquiring reference information to determine the normality/abnormality of the variation of the center of gravity seating position detected by the center of gravity seating position detection part 41.
