PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mechanism for interlocking assembly jointing a main shift lever 13 and a steering wheel 10 with HST mechanisms 53, 54 for advancing and turning in a traveling vehicle, such as a combined harvester and thresher that can be driven (maneuvered) in operation feeling similar to the feeling for a four-wheel vehicle.SOLUTION: A single control body rotatable around two axes orthogonally crossing to each other is built in a housing box 120. It rotates around a longitudinal axis by operation of the steering wheel 10, and rotates around a lateral axis by operation of the main shift lever 13. A turn output shaft 164 and an intermediate shaft 155 are turnably supported by the shafts in the housing box 120 to substantially position both axes on the same plane.
