1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising (a) a hydroxy derivative of statin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and (b) an oil comprising omega-3 fatty acids. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1, wherein the omega-3 fatty acid comprises ethyl acosapentaenoate. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the oil comprises at least 95% by weight of ethyl eicosapentaenoate. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the oil comprises at least 95% by weight of ethyl docosahexaenoic acid. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 3, wherein the oil comprises ethyl acosapentaenoate and ethyl docosahexaenoic acid. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5, wherein the oil comprises ethyl acosapentaenoate and ethyl docosahexaenoic acid in a molar ratio of from about 1: 1 to about 1.5: 1.7. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxy derivative of statin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is selected from the hydroxy derivative of atorvastatin, mevastatin, pitavastatin, pravastatin, rosuvastatin, fluvastatin, simvastatin, lovastatin, cerivastatin and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 7, wherein the hydroxy derivative of statin is selected from ortho or a pair of hydroxyatorvastatin and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 8, wherein the hydroxy derivative of statin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is selected from o-hydroxyatorvastatin, p-hydroxyatorvastatin, p-hydroxyatorvastatin disodium, o-hydroxyatorvastatin calcium, o-hydroxyatorvastatin-lactone 5, o-hydroxyatorvastatin-lactone, o calcium, o-hydroxyatorvastatin-d5 disodium, o-hydroxyatorvastatin-d5 lactone, 2-hydrox1.
