The handle fixture comprises a square bracket-shaped support engaged with the leg frame, a first fastener on the right side of the support and a second fastener on the left side of the support, and a third fastener on the middle side of the support. The first fastener, the second fastener, and the third fastener fasten the handle device to the leg frame.
