PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the temperature of a vegetation soil foundation, where estimation of soil temperature based on assuming a time lag in heat conduction or weather change when controlling the temperature of the soil foundation via heating media supplying pipes buried under the ground so as to precisely control the temperature of the soil foundation. SOLUTION: The method for controlling the temperature of a vegetation soil foundation comprises laying pipes in a vegetation soil foundation, and supplying heat media into the pipes. In the method, future weather condition is assumed based on weather data. When assuming the future weather, an outside air temperature change curve in the past 24 hours is rectified so as to be successive to the present temperature with respect to at least outside air temperature, and temperature in the surface area of the soil foundation is estimated based on heat transfer analysis where the future weather condition corresponds to a boundary condition. Based on these estimation, the heat medium is controlled to be supplied into the pipes so that the underground temperature of the ground surface layer region turns to a target ground temperature.
