PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable shipping management method for elements of a non-stage transmission in respect to a belt assembling step in which the number of groups of elements constituting one set is reduced and a long period residual of element groups is prevented.SOLUTION: This invention comprises the steps of: forming a combination of every two groups of elements selected from several element groups kept (STEP 1); then calculating stock flow rate (STEP 2); subsequently judging whether or not the stock flow rate fulfills a prescribed condition (STEP 3); when the stock flow rate does not fulfill the prescribed condition, releasing a previous combination, increasing the number of groups of combined elements and making new combination (STEP 4); and when it is judged that the stock flow rate fulfills a prescribed condition, performing a shipping under the new drafted combination (STEP 5).
