Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer justierungsfreien zahnmedizinischen Positionierungsapparatur mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten: - Bereitstellen mindestens einer Schicht plastisch verformbaren Materials, - Bereitstellen eines Formgedächniswerkstoffes, Zusammenfügen und Ausformen der mindestens einen Schicht plastisch verformbaren Materials und dem Formgedächniswerkstoff zu einer justierungsfreien zahnmedizinischen Positionierungsapparatur als Negativ über einem positiven Zahnmodell, wobei der Formgedächniswerkstoff mindestens abschnittsweise mit dem plastisch verformbare Material verbunden wird, - passgenaues Nachbearbeiten der justierungsfreien zahnmedizinischen Positionierungsapparatur.
