PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seed extrusion member having a residual yield of fruit pulp, and a seed extraction device.SOLUTION: An seed extrusion member 3 is inserted into a fruit pulp 101 to extrude out a seed 104, and includes: a hollow pipe 4 having a bore size smaller than the outer peripheral shape of a seed 104 a cutting part formed at the edge of the leading end of the hollow pipe 4 so as to be inserted into the fruit 101 and a slit 5 formed from the leading end of the hollow pipe 4 to midway of the hollow pipe 4.
