The present invention relates to targeting of a therapeutic agent by using an arrangement of magnets. Specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a medical apparatus for targeting and securing a therapeutic agent, wherein the medical apparatus enables the precise targeting of a therapeutic agent containing a magnetic substance to the affected area of a patient by using an arrangement of magnets optimized for the affected area. More specifically, the manufacturing method comprises the steps of: obtaining a 3D medical image of the affected area of the patient; and extracting the affected area, and determining a treatment site.본 발명은 환자의 환부를 고려한 자석의 최적화된 배열을 이용해 환부에 자성체를 포함하는 치료제를 정밀 표적화하는 치료제 표적화 및 고정 의료장치를 제공한다.
