PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment agent which improves an oily feeling of bad finger combing at the time of washing out after application, and can improve a feeling of washing out.SOLUTION: The invention provides a hair treatment agent compounding amino-modified silicone, a cationic surface active agent, higher alcohol, and cationized cellulose. The compounding amount of the above amino-modified silicone is 3 mass% or more. The compounding amount of the above cationized cellulose is preferred to be 2 parts by mass or more to 40 parts by mass or less to 100 parts by mass of the above amino-modified silicone. The hair treatment agent concerned is preferred to be a washing out type after application and the formulation is preferred to be in a creamy state.
