PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic treatment instrument with a balloon part which is inflated with less operation load and with which an object such as gallstones is easily removed.SOLUTION: An endoscopic treatment instrument includes a balloon part 2 at a distal end of a catheter tube 5 constituting the endoscopic treatment instrument. A first joining part 4a at which the distal end of the balloon film 3 constituting the balloon part 2 is joined with a distal-side first outer peripheral surface 5a is formed on the balloon film 3. A second joining part 4b at which a proximal end of the balloon film 3 is joined with a distal-side second outer peripheral surface 5b of the catheter tube 5 that is located at a proximal side with respect to the distal-side first outer peripheral surface 5a is formed on the balloon film 3.
