Said post-harvest disease controlling agent is made from food etc. as its material, thus having no human or environmental burden, and without initiating drug-resistance, and can be used on the cropper after harvest safely.本發明提供一種採收後病害防除劑,其含有:5至90質量份的由甘油脂肪酸酯(glycerin fatty acid ester)、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯(sorbitan fatty acid ester)、中鏈脂肪酸三酸甘油酯(medium chain triglyceride)所成群組中選出之至少1種;以及10至95質量份的由檸檬酸、蘋果酸、酒石酸等有機酸及磷酸所成群組中選出之至少1種,該採收後病害防除劑係以食品等作為原料,對於人體或自然環境不會造成負擔,沒有引發抗藥性之虞,對於採收後之農作物亦可安心使用。
