The present invention relates to a culturing apparatus of an oyster spat for the ocean comprising: a deck part which is mounted on the uppermost of the apparatus at predetermined size； and a pontoon frame which is used as a mediator of a deck part and a culturing frame； a culturing frame which is fixed and mounted in the lower direction of the pontoon frame, wherein a plurality of culturing tanks and a drainage pipe are mounted in the culturing frame, wherein a circulation system is mounted in the culturing tanks and the drainage pipe. The culturing apparatus of an oyster spat for the ocean can increase circulation efficiency by inlet and outlet of seawater from the ocean to the apparatus, is easy to detach and attach each element of built-up-type and has an effect on increasing inlet and outlet of seawater to the inside of the apparatus.본 발명은 일정한 크기로 장치의 최상부에 설치되는 갑판부, 갑판부와 양성프레임의 매개체로서 연결되는 폰툰 프레임, 폰툰프레임의 하부방향으로 고정설치되는 양성프레임으로 이루어지고 양성프레임에는 치패가 수용되는 다수개의 사육조와 배수파이프가 설치되고 사육조와 배수파이프에 순환시스템이 설치되어 해양에서 장치로 해수의 유입과 배수가 되어 장치내 해수의 순환효율을 높일 수 있는 해상용 굴치패 사육장치를 제공함으로서 각 구성요소가 조립형으로 분리와 장착이 용이하고 해상에 사육조와 수로파이프를 매개로 저수조로 해수를 이동시킬 수 있는 순환장치를 장착시켜 장치내부로 해수의 유입과 배수 효율을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
