A method and apparatus for applying an encapsulant in accordance with the present invention includes a first chamber that holds a first material. The second chamber holds the second material, and the second chamber is in selective fluid communication with the first chamber. The third chamber holds the third material. The first actuator is configured such that fluid communication between the first chamber and the second chamber causes the first material and the second material to mix to form the first mixture.
