A first-aid assembly includes a housing, a receiving container and a disinfectant unit. The container has wound-protecting liquid received inside of the housing and a connecting portion mounted in the bottom of the housing. The receive container is connected with the housing. The disinfectant unit is received in the receive container. The housing is provided for receiving numbers of disinfecting items such like gauzes, tampons or disinfectant cans. When injury happens, the disinfecting items are provided for disinfecting the wound and the wound-protecting liquid is put on the wound.
