A method for creating space in a joint formed at the convergence of two bones, the method comprising: applying force to a body part so as to separate the two bones from one another by a distance which is greater than the distance that they are normally separated from one another when the joint is in a healthy state, whereby to distract the joint and create an intrajoint space； inserting an assembly of three balloons into the intrajoint space while the assembly of three balloons is in a contracted condition； expanding the assembly of three balloons within the intrajoint space； and reducing the force applied to the body part so that the joint is supported on the assembly of three balloons, with the two bones remaining separated from one another by a distance which is greater than the distance that they are normally separated from one another when the joint is in a healthy state.La présente invention concerne un procédé de création d'un espace dans une articulation formée à la convergence de deux os, le procédé comprenant : l'application d'une force à une partie corporelle pour séparer les deux os l'un de l'autre d'une distance qui est supérieure à la distance qui les sépare normalement l'un de l'autre lorsque l'articulation est saine, pour ainsi distracter l'articulation et créer un espace intra-articulaire ； l'insertion d'un ensemble de trois ballons dans l'espace intra-articulaire alors que l'ensemble des trois ballons se trouve dans un état contracté ； la dilatation de l'ensemble de trois ballons à l'intérieur de l'espace intra-articulaire ； et la réduction de la force appliquée à la partie corporelle de manière à ce que l'articulation soit supportée sur l'ensemble de trois ballons, les deux os restants séparés l'un de l'autre d'une distance supérieure à la distance qui les sépare normalement l'un de l'autre lorsque l'articulation est saine.
