A method for determining sensitivity ranges of a bioindicator to the effect of stressors comprises determining the minimum doses between the sensitivity of the bioindicator, as the first probable distinction in manifesting the corresponding reaction of the bioindicator on the effect of a toxicant as compared to the control, and the upper range of the sensitivity as the first concentration, providing a response on the effect of a rate of a stressor in a 80-100 % individual population of the bioindicator, for example rod-like caterpillars of mulberry silkworm moth Bombyx mory L. of the same time of emergence from the eggs, which are attracted onto a dry film with the toxicant with the aid of the flavour of an attractant, in particular of mulberry tree leaves, in the places of arrangement of the toxicant, in the temperature conditions (+) optimum for the species determining the ranges of sensitivity with the aid of a probit-analysis. The testing is carried out at different air temperatures, with a plus-minus deviation in the direction from the optimum temperature for the values, which significantly affect the intensity of metabolic processes of organism of insects. The rod-like caterpillars of the mulberry silkworm moth are tested at temperatures by higher (+) and lower (+), comparing with the optimum one (+), and limiting sensitivity ranges of the bioindicator as compared with the control are determined.Спосіб визначення меж чутливості біоіндикатора до дії стресорів включає визначення мінімальних доз меж чутливості біоіндикатора, як першої вірогідної відмінності прояву відповідної реакції біоіндикатора на дію токсиканту у порівнянні з контролем, а верхню межу чутливості як першу концентрацію, що забезпечує відповідь на дію дози стресора у 80-100 % особин популяції біоіндикатора, наприклад, гусениць-мурашів шовковичного шовкопряда Bombyx mоrу L. одного часу виходу з яєць, яких приваблюють на суху плівку з токсикантом за допомогою запаху атрактанту - листя шовковиці, в
