PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator dust removal device that can easily remove dust without switching the rotating direction of a dustproof fan and can sufficiently demonstrate the dust removal effect.SOLUTION: The radiator dust removal device includes a first fan (12) and a second fan (13) that sends air in the same direction. A dustproof network (16) is provided at outside of the second fan (13) and also a shield (20) openable and closable is installed between a radiator (11) and the second fans (13). The shield (20) is constituted to be able to switch the condition that allows the wind sent by the first fan (12) and the second fan (13) pass and the condition that shields the wind.
