PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-human animal model (NASH animal model) of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), the animal model that is accorded with human clinical pathology.SOLUTION: A non-human animal model of human non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is made by the process in which choline-free/L-amino acid (CDAA) defined feed having at least one feature selected from the following (1)-(3) is given to a non-human animal to breed it. (1) Lipid contents are raised. (2) Lipids in which a blood insulin level and a blood cholesterol level are easy to be raised and a blood triglyceride level is hard to be lowered are contained. (3) Cholesterol is contained.
