Provided is a syringe with an injection needle in which said injection needle is firmly joined to the outer tube and in which, when sterilized by autoclave or an ethylene oxide gas, the strength joining the injection needle and the outer tube does not decrease even if the stress fastening the injection needle fixed to the outer tube relaxes. This syringe (1) with an injection needle is provided with a resin-formed outer tube (2) having a tube tip (21) at the leading end, an opening (25) at the base end, and a body (23) disposed between these and having an inner space (22) filled with a drug (5), a joint (30) fixed to the tube tip (21), and an injection needle (3) which protrudes beyond the tube tip (21) towards the leading edge and allows communication between the inside and outside of the outer tube (2).
