This syringe (1) with an injection needle is provided with a resin-formed outer tube (2) having a tube tip (21) at the leading end, an opening (25) at the base end, and a body (23) disposed between these and having an inner space (22) filled with a drug (5), a joint (30) fixed to the tube tip (21), and an injection needle (3) which protrudes beyond the tube tip (21) towards the leading edge and allows communication between the inside and outside of the outer tube (2).
