The present invention relates inter alia to shampoo compositions comprising an oligoester ammonium salt (OAS) and a cosmetically component (F), where the OAS is obtained by: (i) heating a mixture of the following components (a) to (d) under continuously removing of reaction water: (a) a certain a diethanolamine compound (b) a certain dicarboxylic acid (c) a certain organic triol and a monocarboxylic acid of formula R1-COOH (d), wherein R1 is linear or branched C12-C24-alkyl (ii) reacting the oligoester of step (i) with a quarternization agent.La présente invention concerne, entre autres, des compositions de shampooing comprenant un sel dammonium doligoester (OAS) et un composant cosmétique (F), lOAS étant obtenu par : i) chauffage dun mélange des composants (a) à (d) suivants en éliminant en continu leau de réaction : (a) un certain composé de diéthanolamine (b) un certain acide dicarboxylique (c) un certain triol organique et (d) un acide monocarboxylique de formule R1-COOH, dans laquelle R1 est un alkyle linéaire ou ramifié en C12 à C24 puis par ii) réaction de loligoester de létape (i) avec un agent de quaternisation.
