A beam spoiler assembly according to the present invention includes: a base plate placed at an upper side of a treatment table of radiation equipment； and a beam spoiler used for controlling a radiation dose radiated in a radiation treatment and having at least one side combined to the base plate, where the beam spoiler has a bent shape to allow the human body of a patient to be placed between the base plate and the beam spoiler. According to the present invention, the beam spoiler having the bent shape is configured to be easily separated from and coupled to the base plate, so the beam spoiler may be used suitably to each human body of patients, and may be prevented from interfering with a gantry when the gantry is rotated. In addition, the beam spoiler is combined to the base plate to be able to be rotated and slide, so the position of the beam spoiler can be adjusted easily and rapidly, and so the setting time for radiation treatment can be remarkably reduced by rapidly setting various positions.빔스포일러 조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 빔스포일러 조립체는, 방사선 장비의 치료테이블 상측에 놓이는 베이스플레이트； 및 방사선 치료시 조사되는 방사선의 선량 제어를 위해 사용되고, 적어도 일측이 베이스플레이트에 결합되어 베이스플레이트와의 사이에 환자의 신체가 위치하도록 굽은 형태로 형성되는 빔스포일러(Beam Spoiler)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 굽은 형태의 빔스포일러가 베이스플레이트와 용이하게 분리 및 결합가능하게 이루어짐으로써 각 환자의 신체에 맞는 빔스포일러의 사용이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있음은 물론, 갠트리(gantry)의 회전시 빔스포일러 조립체가 이와 간섭되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 빔스포일러가 베이스플레이트에 회전 및 슬라이드 이동 가능하게 결합됨으로써 빔스포일러의 위치 조정이 용이하게 이루어지고 다양한 위치설정이 신속하게 이루어져 방사선 치료를 위한 셋팅 시간을 현저히 줄일 수 있다.
