PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an lifting device for a work vehicle which prevents unintended lowering operation of an implement by forgetting to carry out lowering locking operation of the implement in the lifting device of the work vehicle which is capable of locking the lowering of the liftable and lowerable implement.SOLUTION: The lifting device includes Lifting cylinders 12 for lifting and lowering the implement, and a hydraulic control circuit 14 for telescopically operating the lifting cylinders 12. An electromagnetic changeover valve 21 is interposed in a circuit on the lowering side of the hydraulic control circuit 14. The lowering of the implement is permitted by energizing the electromagnetic changeover valve 21.
